If you registered your Quran classes or your kid’s classes as a student at Quran Kingdom, then you have to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1) Upon successful completion of the 30-minute free trial class, you will have to decide whether or not to continue your classes with Quran Kingdom.
2) Once you decide to continue, you will pay the fee at the due date – monthly fees are paid in advance on the last week of every month for next month.
3) Quran Kingdom reserves the right to suspend your classes if you do not pay the fee on the due date. In case of delay, your lessons will be stopped, and your classes will be resumed after the fee is paid fully.
4) If you have any issue about late fees or any concern about fees or payments, then please contact the admin as soon as possible so that your lessons are not stopped.
5) Students and teachers must be online on time. No delays are accepted from both student and teacher sides.
6) If the student comes 5 minutes late or 10 minutes late or more later, then the teacher is responsible for giving you the remaining time of your class time because online classes work clockwise, and we can not ask the students who are next to wait for their classes because the previous student was late.
7) If a teacher is late for the class, the student should email the teacher and inform her/him that they are online. If the student/parent doesn’t get a response, the student/parent should email info@qurankingdom.com. The teacher will make up for any missed time or class.
If the teacher is often late or misses classes, kindly email info@qurankingdom.com as soon as possible.
8) Long Holidays: Holidays for a week and more, please inform management one day before at least.
In case you need to suspend the classes and intend to continue with the same teacher at the same time once again when you are back, then Quran Kingdom will charge 50% of the fee per student for reservation of the slot for you with the same teacher.
If the student does not want to book the same teacher and timing, there is no cost till his return, but in this case, Quran Kingdom is entitled to use this available time when needed.
9) Never share your contact information like phone number, Email, address, credit card information with any teacher. Quran Kingdom will not be held responsible in case of misuse.
10) Our Support department will email you after a few lessons to ask for your feedback. Please let them know if you have any concerns, inquiries, or complaints. Your feedback helps us to improve our service. We highly appreciate it.
11) Quran Kingdom reserves the right to change teacher anytime if needed for quality teaching purposes.
12) In case the teacher resigns, students will be provided with a new Quran teacher, and students will not stay in touch with any individuals. And Quran Kingdom will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by such contact in the future.
13) Students should ensure that their outfit is modest and suitable for the Holy Quran class.
14) Quran Kingdom will increase the fee of every student according to the terms of service with the ratio of about 6-7% of the present fee every year at the end of the year of the Gregorian calendar.
15) Quran Kingdom fee of the students could be varied according to our policies of that time and terms of service.
16) The Eid Holidays on both occasions are paid leaves of the teachers, and we have no other leaves in the year for the teachers except the Eid. So Eid Holidays are included in the monthly fees, and there are no make-up classes and no refunds for these two holidays.
17) If the student decides to leave the institute for any reason, we kindly request that they email info@qurankingdom.com two weeks earlier than the date of leaving and mention the reason behind that.
18) Quran Kingdom may revise and update its Terms of Service & Conditions at any time and those would be added and updated on our website as well.
